Vizileaks on julkaissut Lumia 1020:llä otettuja kuvia. Muutaman viikon hiljaiselon jälkeen Vizileaks aktivoitui juuri ennen Nokian uuden kamerapuhelimen julkaisua.
Blogissa julkaistut kuvat on otettu Nokia Pro Cam -sovelluksen Dual Capture -ominaisuutta käyttäen, millä saadaan otettua kuva kahdella eri resoluutiolla. Vizileaksin mukaan kuvien ottamiseen käytetty ohjelmisto ja laitteisto ovat varhaisia kehitysversioita. Hän on julkaissut myös kuvia Lumia 1020:n kamerasovelluksesta (1, 2)
